A good bra should feel secure without asking you to tolerate pressure, gaps or constant adjusting. Start with the US bra size you usually wear, then use your measurements and the product-specific Fit Notes when you want a second check.

Between sizes? Choose the smaller size for a closer, more supportive feel or the larger size for a more relaxed fit.
How to measure
1. Underbust
Wrap the tape directly under your bust. Keep it level around your body and comfortably snug without pulling it painfully tight.
2. Full Bust
Measure around the fullest part of your bust with the tape level and relaxed. Do not compress the breast tissue.
How a good bra should fit
Band
Secure and level around the body, without riding up or digging in.
Cups
Smooth against your shape, without obvious spilling or empty space.
Straps
Supportive and comfortable. The straps should not be doing all of the work.
Fit troubleshooting
- Cups gap at the top
- Your cup shape or size may not match your breast shape. Try a closer-fit style or compare the next size.
- Spilling at the cup edge
- You may need more cup room or a style with more coverage.
- The band rides up
- The band may be too loose. A secure band should stay level across your back.
- Straps dig into your shoulders
- Check the band first. Most of the support should come from the bra body, not just the straps.
