We want the delivery and return rules to be as easy to understand as the product itself. Bras and Adhesive Bras have different hygiene requirements, so their return conditions are shown separately below.
SHIPPING
Free shipping over $75.
Orders over $75
Qualifying orders receive free shipping automatically.
Orders under $75
Available shipping options and charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the contact information provided with your order. Delivery estimates can vary by destination and shipping method.
BRAS
30-day returns on bras.
You may request a return within 30 days. Returned bras must be unworn, unwashed, in hygienic and resalable condition, and returned with original tags and packaging where applicable.
If the fit is not right, contact us before sending the item back so we can help with the next step.
ADHESIVE BRAS
Unopened products may be returned. Opened or tried-on products cannot.
Because Adhesive Bras make direct contact with the skin, hygiene rules are stricter.
- Unopened and sealed Adhesive Bras may be eligible for return.
- Once the package has been opened, the protective film removed, or the product has been tried on or used, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Please inspect the package and confirm your size before removing any protective film.
REFUNDS
What happens after a return is approved?
Once an eligible return is received and inspected, an approved refund is issued to the original payment method. The time it takes to appear on your account can vary by bank or payment provider.
Do not send a return without contacting us first. We will provide the correct return instructions for your order.
