Delivery,
made simple.
Standard shipping is $8.90 USD for orders under $75 USD. Qualifying orders of $75 USD or more receive free standard shipping. Available destinations and final charges are shown at checkout before payment.
Estimated standard delivery is 5–10 business days after dispatch. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Processing time is separate from this delivery estimate.
Free shipping does not waive any applicable taxes or duties.
Getting your
order ready.
We aim to process orders within 24 hours. When your order ships, we will email tracking details for standard delivery.
We use the closest available warehouse where possible. Items may ship from different available warehouses and arrive in separate parcels; a partial delivery does not necessarily mean an item is missing.
Need to make
a change?
Email service@aeeyaa-global.com within 12 hours of placing your order to request cancellation or an address update. Include your order number and the change you need.
After 12 hours, your order may already be in fulfillment, so changes and cancellations are no longer guaranteed.

We ship internationally to destinations available at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier delays, holidays or busy periods can occasionally extend delivery to 12–14 business days.
If your parcel has not arrived after the full estimated window, contact us with your order number and tracking details so we can investigate.
